On the lower floor, you will find the living-dining area with an open fireplace and fantastic sea view as well as the fully equipped, open kitchen. Everything you need, such as a fridge, wine fridge, toaster, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and juice extractor, can be found here. All in all, the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery.
The breathtaking sea view is also fascinating in the entire outdoor area. Various terraces with chill-out possibilities, an outdoor Jacuzzi and of course the wonderful pool invite you to relax here. The large dining table is a great place to enjoy the BQQ prepared on the large gas barbecue. Sufficient sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor toilet allow relaxed sunbathing by the pool.
Although the property has a car parking space, the beach of Cala Salada is a 5-minute walk away.
